Lodge of Friendship 750 Easter Appeal
As Easter approaches, the Lodge of Friendship 750 is once again coming together to spread a little joy where it is needed most.
Under the leadership of our Worshipful Master, W. Bro. Michael Spivey, and his dedicated team, we are launching our “A Friendly Egg for Easter” appeal — a simple but heartfelt initiative that can make a real difference to children in our local community.
Members – We Need You!
Our aim this year is to collect 100 Easter Eggs, a target that can only be achieved through the enthusiasm, generosity, and goodwill of our members. Every donated egg will go towards bringing a smile to a child’s face, with all contributions being distributed to children in local hospitals and nurseries in the run-up to Easter.
For many children, especially those spending time in hospital or away from home, a small gesture like an Easter egg can mean far more than we might realise. It’s a reminder that people in their community are thinking of them and wishing them well — a message that sits perfectly with the values of Freemasonry and our Lodge.
How You Can Help
Donating is easy. Easter eggs can be handed to Brian on practice nights, right up until Easter. Whether you are able to donate one egg or several, every contribution counts and brings us closer to our goal.
This appeal is not about the size of the donation, but the spirit behind it. Together, as members of the Lodge of Friendship, we have an opportunity to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and fellowship beyond the walls of the Lodge.
Thank You
We would like to extend our sincere thanks in advance to everyone who supports this appeal. Your generosity helps reinforce the Lodge of Friendship’s commitment to charitable works and strengthens our bond with the wider community we are proud to serve.
Let’s work together to make this Easter a little brighter — one friendly egg at a time.
If you’d like it shorter, more formal, or adjusted to include dates, photos, or a call-to-action button for the website, just say the word.
